DealHub is leading in the field of business application and with its unique quote-to-revenue solution helps the hottest names in the industry increase their revenue and manage their growth. We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect to design, guide, and support complex customer solutions across the quote to revenue lifecycle. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to translate business requirements into scalable, technically sound solutions. You will play a critical role in solution design, customer onboarding, and ongoing optimization-acting as a trusted technical advisor with deep understanding of revenue, billing, and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Design end-to-end customer solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
* Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with customers and internal teams.
* Advise on best practices across revenue, billing, pricing, quoting, contracts, and sales workflows.
* Support complex implementations and integrations, including APIs and data flows.
* Partner with Sales during pre-sales.
* Act as a technical escalation point for complex customer challenges.
* Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap based on customer needs.
* Create and maintain solution documentation and architecture artifacts.
Requirements: * 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture/ Technical Consulting/ Tech Lead for large-scale production-grade products.
* Experience with salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics - a must.
* Solid understanding of SaaS architectures, integrations, APIs, and data models.
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
* Comfortable working directly with customers and executive stakeholders.
* Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with strong execution skills.
* Experience in fast-paced, scaling SaaS environments.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Exceptional English (both written and verbal).
* Willingness and ability to travel abroad.
* Strong domain knowledge in revenue operations, billing, sales processes, and monetization models - an advantage
