Responsibilities:
* Identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis aligned with company strategy and revenue KPIs.
* Partner cross-functionally to translate data findings into actionable business and marketing decisions.
* Design, run, and analyse A/B tests to evaluate sales strategies and revenue monetization.
* Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales insights, business behaviour, and key trends.
* Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, influencing both tactical and strategic decisions.
* Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate analytical workflows and uncover deeper insights.
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in marketing / sales data analytics, preferably in consumer-facing digital products.
* Strong command of SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Matplotlib).Proven ability to design and analyze A/B tests and apply sound experimental methodology.
* Strong understanding of how to leverage AI to improve analysis speed, accuracy, and impact.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to craft a clear narrative from complex data.
