We are looking for a highly motivated and intellectually curious Marketing Analyst to join our Growth team. Reporting directly to the Director of Growth, this role is pivotal in advancing our data discipline and driving efficiency across our marketing and sales operations.
You will leverage deep analytical insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and directly contribute to Nayaxs strategic GTM success in the evolving landscape of AI Marketing.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Impact Growth Strategy: Enhance marketing analytics to identify, surface, and conduct deep-dive analyses into marketing performance (paid, email, content, webinars, events) to identify drivers of growth, waste, and opportunities and scale the highest ROI channels.
Innovate & Diversify: Ideate, explore, and test new growth channels, leveraging AI and automation, to diversify and scale sales operations and GTM pipeline.
Optimize GTM Funnel: Track funnel metrics and lead quality, and make iterative improvements to boost conversion rates. Segment target audiences and conduct cohort analyses to guide personalization, experimentation, and retention strategies.
Data Storytelling: Build, manage, and optimize dashboards and reporting frameworks (e.g. for funnel metrics, channel performance, ROI) and Transform complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and compelling presentations for executive stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally to embed data-driven decision making across marketing department to define and standardize key definitions, metrics, and data governance to ensure alignment and consistency
Requirements: Experience: 2+ years of dedicated experience in a Marketing Analyst, Growth Analyst, or similar data-focused role within a fast-paced environment.
Technical Prowess:
Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and data visualization tools like Looker power BI or Tableau.
Hands-on experience with CRM reporting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Proficiency in website tracking technologies, from cookie management (e.g., OneTrust) to user behavior analytics (e.g., Clarity, Hotjar).
Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to analyze marketing performance, identify key drivers, and translate data into actionable business impact.
Communication & Presentation: Exceptional ability to build and deliver clear, concise, and persuasive presentations, synthesizing complex data into meaningful insights for executive audiences.
Curiosity & Innovation:
Deep curiosity and passion for emerging technologies, including AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt design.
A track record of identifying inefficiencies and proposing innovative, data-driven solutions.
