Your Day to Day
Lead global BD strategy and commercial expansion across defense markets
Initiate, manage, and close complex deals with MOD/DoD, integrators, and defense primes
Build and manage a strong pipeline across multiple regions
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and commercial proposals
Establish and manage international distributors, agents, and strategic partners
Collaborate with R&D and product teams to define value propositions and strategic positioning
Represent the company in demos, tenders, conferences, and classified opportunities
Support management decision-making processes and influence them to allow the company strong commercial traction
Requirements: 5+ years experience in BD/Sales in a defense technology startup - mandatory
Proven ability to carry and meet quota goals
Demonstrated success in closing contracts
Experience in defense and HLS tech domains such as munitions, drones, robotics, aerospace, and unmanned systems
Experience working with the Israeli and the global defense ecosystem
Military background in relevant operational or technological units
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
