we are seeking an Outbound Lead to build and lead the companys outbound motion across global markets. This role will be responsible for designing and executing strategies that generate pre-qualified enterprise leads, engaging target accounts, and creating a repeatable outbound model to fuel the sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate has experience in account-based marketing (ABM), outbound campaigns, and B2B demand generation, with strong skills in collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
What youll do
Strategy & Planning
Design and implement the global outbound motion, ensuring it complements inbound and performance channels.
Define Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and segment target lists by region (excluding China).
Develop frameworks for scoring accounts (intent, size, industry, designation, readiness to buy).
Establish quarterly outbound playbooks including touchpoints, content, and engagement tactics.
Execution & Campaign Management
Work with agencies or tools (Apollo, Cognism, 6sense, etc.) to build and enrich target account lists.
Launch and manage outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Meta, and co-hosted events.
Coordinate with SDR teams to ensure messaging consistency and sequencing.
Oversee content creation (whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership) tailored to outbound needs.
Collaboration
Partner with Sales leadership to align outbound programs with pipeline targets.
Work closely with SDRs to provide qualified leads and refine qualification criteria.
Collaborate with Performance, to create nurture campaign on the audience first approach.
Manage external agencies where required, ensuring accountability on deliverables and ROI.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report outbound funnel metrics: engagement, leads generated, meetings booked, and SQLs created.
Partner with Data/Analytics to measure ROI and inform pipeline forecasting.
Monitor SDR productivity and ensure incentive alignment with BD teams.
Provide quarterly outbound performance reviews, with insights on channel efficiency and pipeline impact.
Continuously refine the outbound motion based on performance data and feedback loops.
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, outbound marketing, or ABM.
Proven track record of building or scaling outbound programs in a global enterprise environment.
Experience working with data enrichment and intent tools (Apollo, Cognism, 6sense, ZoomInfo, etc.).
Strong knowledge of multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, paid social).
Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
Preferred: Background in agency or consultancy environment, managing multiple outbound motions.
Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills is must.
