A large high-tech company in Kfar Saba is seeking a Technical Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage the maintenance and operations team.
Oversee the site’s maintenance system, including preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for all electro-mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and general facility systems.
Manage contractors and service providers for repairs and various projects, including negotiations and performance oversight.
Monitor and supervise processes, including contractor work, service provider agreements, and ongoing performance.
Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations.
Manage technical projects from planning through execution.
Build and manage the annual budget, including budget vs. actual tracking.

Requirements: Certified Master Electrician license – mandatory.
Very high level of English, with extensive communication and coordination with global teams.
Availability for emergency call-outs 24/7, as needed.
3–5 years of experience in maintenance management in medium-to-large facilities.
Extensive knowledge in handling electrical and HVAC systems.
Experience with key maintenance domains such as: electrical panels, batteries, generators, fire detection and suppression systems, elevators, etc.
Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems.
Proficiency in all standard computer applications.
