As System Engineering Team Lead you will manage a team of senior system engineers. You will lead the team in working on multi-disciplinary projects in all phases: research, POC, design and support of the portfolio of products in our company. You will work closely with other teams: Product Owners, Project Managers, Hardware, Embedded, AI, Mechanics, Software, Data, Automated Test Equipment and Testing. The responsibilities will include establishing work processes, improving the quality of the team’s deliveries, meeting deadlines across multiple projects and growing the teams’ expertise and capabilities. The position requires multidisciplinary understanding, ability to quickly grasp new technological aspects as well as constraints and the capability to work in a multi-site matrix organization. As System Integration team lead you will lead the integration team defining setups, test plan, the test execution and debug, while working inside a demanding and diverse eco system. This role is critical in supporting and maintaining production line ATE systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless integration of testing solutions across multiple product lines. You will lead technical projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee the implementation of advanced testing infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design, development, integration, and maintenance of ATE systems across multiple projects and production lines.
* Manage ATE projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, design reviews, gate approvals, scheduling, and presentations.
* Oversee tester bring-up, integration of mechanical, electronic, embedded, and software components.
* Coordinate activities with hardware, software, embedded, mechanical teams, and external subcontractors.

Required Technical Manager and System Engineer for Precision Tracking
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for precision tracking technical project management at R&D including planning and monitoring of all R&D activities, planning and monitoring of project R&D budget (material and hours), lead of technical activities with the customer including design reviews, acceptance testing and system assimilation.
Overall responsibility of the system level architecture of complex systems
Overall responsibility for System, Software and Hardware level specifications and requirements.
