As System Engineering Team Lead you will manage a team of senior system engineers. You will lead the team in working on multi-disciplinary projects in all phases: research, POC, design and support of the portfolio of products in our company. You will work closely with other teams: Product Owners, Project Managers, Hardware, Embedded, AI, Mechanics, Software, Data, Automated Test Equipment and Testing. The responsibilities will include establishing work processes, improving the quality of the team’s deliveries, meeting deadlines across multiple projects and growing the teams’ expertise and capabilities. About the role: The role is in the global Engineering department part of the operation sector located in Nethanya site. The position represents Change analyst & Documentation Configuration control focal point, with NPI capabilities. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Change analyst & Documentation Configuration control engineer to maintain the PLC of all products families under the engineering responsibility, using & expert with the PLM & ERP systems. The position perfect for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy with extensive communication interfaces, departments and functions in the company such as engineering, regulatory, logistic, procurement, quality, production (inhouse & CMOs), import & export, Legal, information systems, sub-contractors, RnD, project managers. * Establish and enforce best practices for BOM & revisions management

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ATE Engineer to join our Team. This role is critical in supporting and maintaining production line ATE systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless integration of testing solutions across multiple product lines. You will lead technical projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee the implementation of advanced testing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, integration, and maintenance of ATE systems across multiple projects and production lines. Manage ATE projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, design reviews, gate approvals, scheduling, and presentations. Oversee tester bring-up, integration of mechanical, electronic, Embedded, and software components. Coordinate activities with hardware, software, Embedded, mechanical teams, and external subcontractors. Define and manage tester BOMs, documentation, and transfer processes to production and other manufacturing sites. Provide Tier 2 support for ATE systems in production, including troubleshooting, calibration, and yield improvement. Implement and manage ATE Azure DevOps pipelines for code, sequence, and tester review, execution, and monitoring. Analyze database results using tools for TEST data and reporting. Ensure all relevant documentation is created, verified, and maintained according to company standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in ATE processes, tools, and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in the development and field implementation of advanced radar systems.
* Lead and support radar system installation, integration, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities, both domestically and abroad.
* Conduct technical training sessions and deliver customer demonstrations
* Provide on-site Technical Support and serve as a key point of contact for customers.
* Plan and execute field trials and system tests, including RF and communication systems validation.
* Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure successful system delivery and performance Be available for on-call duties during weekends and holidays, as needed.
