We are experiencing unprecedented growth and looking to hire a Manager, Creative Success Team, EMEA & APAC. This is a leadership role for someone who loves working with people, understands the commercial side of creative partnerships, and knows how to drive growth strategies. Youll be responsible for developing your team, shaping client strategy, and making sure we meet and exceed our business goals.

What you will do:
* Lead, coach, and support a team of Creative Success Managers who manage a portfolio of enterprise clients.
* Own the teams commercial targets, including renewals and upsells, and help the team reach and surpass them.
* Provide guidance on both strategic and creative opportunities.
* Build a culture of accountability, curiosity, and collaboration within the team.
* Create and refine internal workflows, that make our operations more efficient and our client experiences stronger.
* Partner with Sales, Legal, Product, Marketing, Enablement and Finance to ensure smooth alignment across all stages of the client journey.
* Lead strategic initiatives that strengthen client relationships and expand our presence across key accounts.
Requirements: What You Will Bring to the Role:
* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or creative partnerships.
* 3+ years of experience managing or leading a client-facing team.
* Proven record of meeting retention and upsell goals in a commercial environment.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior creative, marketing, and procurement stakeholders.
* Confident in negotiation, forecasting, and managing contracts.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to connect creative use cases to measurable business results.
* Hands-on leader who leads by example and knows how to motivate a team.
* Comfortable working with platforms like salesforce and Monday.com.
* Native-level English.
