Required Partnerships Manager (Temporary)
As a Partnership Manager, You will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic partnership framework across priority English-speaking regions (USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand).
Your role will focus on driving partner acquisition, managing partnership lifecycles, and delivering measurable results. Collaboration with internal teams, strategic planning, and data analysis will be essential. Central to this role is identifying and building lasting relationships with partners to ensure mutual success. Proficiency in English is essential, with additional languages being a bonus.
Responsibilities
Strategic Channel Development: Develop and implement partnership acquisition strategies tailored to priority English-speaking markets. Define and optimize the partner funnel, ensuring alignment with revenue and growth objectives.
Identify and Secure Relevant Partners: Proactively identify high-potential partners, including influencers, affiliates, ambassadors, and brands, who align with our vision and goals. Lead negotiation and onboarding efforts, ensuring partnerships are mutually beneficial and structured within company guidelines.
Partner Campaign Management: Design and oversee collaborations with content creators, and affiliate partners. Ensure they align with product goals, channel objectives, and geographic priorities to maximize reach and engagement.
Comprehensive Partnership Management: Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from identifying and onboarding partners to nurturing long-term relationships. Collaborate with content creators to deliver impactful campaigns, providing resources, messaging, and regular updates. Continuously evaluate performance to refine strategies and maximize partnership impact.
Event Advocacy at Events:: Represent us at key industry events and trade shows, taking a lead on planning partnership activities or sponsorships to foster partner engagement and increase brand visibility.
Performance Measurement and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators, such as conversion rates, subscriber growth, and campaign ROI. Use data insights to refine partnership strategies and improve outcomes.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product, and ambassador teams, to align on strategies, campaigns, and partner needs. Ensure seamless communication and execution across departments.
Innovative Initiative Development: Identify creative opportunities to engage new audiences through innovative campaigns, events, or collaborations with content creators, educators, and brands. Drive experimental approaches to expand our footprint in key markets.
Requirements: 23 years of experience required as an Influencer Manager, Partnership Manager, or Affiliate Manager.
Fluency in English (written and verbal). Additional language skills are a plus.
Proven experience in partnership development, content creator engagement, and/or infl uencer marketing in English-speaking markets.
Strong understanding of the photography & videography market and creative industries (being a photographer or videographer is a plus).
Demonstrated success in executing infl uencer, affi liate, or partnership campaigns with measurable results.
Goal-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
Upbeat, dynamic, and highly collaborative with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Willing to travel to represent us at events and develop in-person partnerships.
Experienced in using tools to manage partnerships and track performance.
