Were looking for a high-impact, strategic, and execution-driven Head of Partnerships to lead and scale our performance-driven partnerships ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in affiliate marketing, search arbitrage, and performance marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by growth and measurable outcomes.
In this role, youll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing a diverse portfolio of partners, including affiliates & e-commerce networks, arbitrage networks, and other traffic sources to drive revenue at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
Define and execute a global partnerships strategy aligned with aggressive growth objectives.
Build and lead a high-performing team across affiliate, arbitrage, and performance partnerships.
Identify and evaluate new partner opportunities and scalable customer acquisition channels.
Partner Management & Growth
Develop and manage relationships with top-tier affiliates, arbitrage networks, and performance publishers.
Design customized partnership models to optimize ROI, margins, and customer lifetime value.
Monitor partner performance and ensure continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with analytics, product, and finance teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Collaborate with legal and finance on partner agreements, deal structures, and payments.
Technology & Optimization
Leverage tracking and attribution tools to measure performance and drive actionable insights.
Use data to guide strategy, troubleshoot issues, and optimize campaign performance across partners.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on affiliate, arbitrage, and/or media partnerships.
Proven success in managing multi-million dollar partner portfolios and delivering measurable business results.
Solid understanding of tracking and attribution platforms (e.g., HasOffers, Impact, Everflow).
Strong analytical mindset and deep familiarity with performance KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work independently, build processes, and scale programs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Bonus Points:
Experience in B2C tech, fintech, or e-commerce environments.
Demonstrated success in scaling search arbitrage or paid affiliate programs.
Familiarity with media buying platforms and DSPs.
