We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Director of Global Indirect Procurement & Facilities. This role is responsible for overseeing the global strategy, operations and performance of all companys facilities and indirect procurement functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in operational excellence, vendor management, sustainability and cost optimization, while also leading cross-functional strategic initiatives driving efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Indirect Procurement
* Develop and execute a global indirect procurement strategy aligned with business goals
* Manage sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier performance and risk mitigation
* Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors
* Analyze procurement data to identify cost saving opportunities
* Optimize indirect procurement processes and systems to ensure cost-effectiveness and transparency
* Define and govern compliance to internal companys policies
* Build strong relationships with both key vendors and internal stakeholders Facilities Management
* Lead the global facilities strategy: ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable workplaces across all company locations
* Oversee office design, space planning, lease management, and workplace services
* Implement global standards and best practices for facility operations and maintenance
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements: * Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field; MBA or equivalent - advantage
* 10+ years of consecutive leadership experience in indirect procurement, facilities management and similar types of operations in a global environment
* Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional strategic projects
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with procurement and facilities management systems and tools
* Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
* Hebrew and English at a mother-tongue level. Other languages advantage
