Required Technical Sourcer

Were growing fast and were looking for an innovative, driven, and data-savvy Talent Sourcer to help us scale by finding the best talent out there. Youll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to deeply understand our hiring needs and develop smart, effective sourcing strategies that bring amazing candidates into the funnel.
What youll do:
Identify and engage passive candidates using a variety of sourcing methods and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, Facebook, alumni groups, meetups, conferences, and more)
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and interest
Build and nurture strong pipelines for both current and future hiring needs
Track and analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve performance and ROI
Research and recommend new sourcing tools and channels
Be a proactive, collaborative team player who contributes to a high-performing Talent team.
Requirements: 12 years of sourcing experience in tech recruiting, either in-house or at an agency
Strong command of sourcing strategies and platforms, with proven success identifying R&D talent
Hands-on experience conducting phone screens and candidate assessments
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Analytical mindset comfortable with data, tracking KPIs, and optimizing for results
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English
Positive attitude, curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
