In this role, you will be responsible for strategic leadership and management oversight of the professional services organization to support business goals. Reporting to the COO, this is a high-visibility role that provides the development of the overall professional services plan and setting the strategic direction, and performance standards. You will develop, and manage all strategic service offerings and outcomes to drive and support the end-to-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a scalable strategy for Support and NOC operations, ensuring a proactive, customer-first approach.
Lead and mentor high-performing group of support engineers, NOC specialists, and operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Oversee real-time monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution to minimize downtime and maximize system performance.
Implement and refine SLAs, KPIs, and operational processes to drive service excellence and continuous improvement.
Establish escalation protocols and ensure rapid response times to critical incidents, partnering with Engineering and Product teams to drive root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
Develop customer support workflows, self-service tools, and knowledge bases to improve customer experience and reduce resolution times.
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align support initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
Leverage data-driven insights to optimize service delivery, enhance automation, and improve operational efficiency.
Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

We are looking for a Technical Escalation Engineer to join our growing team!
Summary:
As a Technical Escalation Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of our fleet of installed clusters. You will work in a 24/7 network operations center-style environment, ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of services. This role involves real-time monitoring, incident detection, incident management, incident resolution, and clear written and verbal communication with other teams and stakeholders.
The Role
Monitor clusters using internal monitoring tools to detect and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation processes.
Perform initial investigation and diagnosis of problems, escalating complex issues to support.
Document incidents, including their details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the incident tracking system.
Collaborate with other teams, including Support, R&D, Account teams, and customers to ensure effective incident resolution and communication.
Conduct routine checks and audits to identify potential problems or vulnerabilities.
Assist with the implementation of changes and updates to the infrastructure as directed by team leads.
Assist with writing Root Cause Analysis documentation, and delivering to customers within prescribed timelines.
Participate in shift-based work schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to provide 24/7 coverage.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our Platform technologies via prescribed hands-on training modules.
Adhere to security protocols and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of network and system data.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders during incident resolution and communication.

We are looking for a Chip Design Verification Manager for developing the next generation DFT technologies.

As a Chip Design Verification Manager in the DFT team, you will lead teams that verify the design and implementation of our DFT technologies in various projects. What you'll be doing:

In this position you will be responsible to lead verification teams in the the definition, flow and execution of verification of the DFT design, architecture and micro-architecture.

As a member of our DFT verification team, you'll understand the design & implementation, define the verification scope, develop the verification infrastructure (Testbenches, BFMs, Checkers, Monitors), execute test/coverage plans, and verify the correctness of the design.

Collaborate with architects, designers, emulation, production testing and silicon verification teams to accomplish your tasks.
