we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global talent Acquisition team and lead the recruitment process for technology roles. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and engage top talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for technological roles, including software development, QA, automation, engineering, IT, and other specialized positions.
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and department heads, providing market insights, data-driven recommendations, and talent acquisition strategies to drive business success.
Conduct deep HR interviews, assessing candidates technical expertise, leadership potential, cultural fit, and long-term impact on the organization.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging direct sourcing, talent intelligence, market mapping, and employer branding initiatives.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire, to continuously optimize recruitment performance.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, transparency, and engagement throughout the hiring process.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within tech companies, with a strong focus on hiring for Tech positions.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Proven expertise in conducting in-depth HR interviews and assessing motivation, leadership, and team fit.
Strong understanding of technical roles, emerging industry trends, and talent market dynamics.
Experience with advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and AI-driven sourcing).
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
Strong experience with data-driven recruitment, using key hiring metrics to improve processes.
