As a Senior Programmatic Performance Manager, you will be the main owner of our Open Auction revenue vertical. Your day to day will be mostly about operating and optimizing the RTB process, working closely with our analysts towards maximizing our potential revenues, helping our growth team optimize UA ROIs and searching for exciting new collabs that will increase our revenue stream.
Responsibilities:
 
* Lead the optimization of the Real-Time Bidding (RTB) process to maximize yield and fill-rate across a diverse portfolio of publisher networks.
* Provide data -driven insights and recommendations to enhance overall revenue performance.
* Monitor advertising performances, identifying irregularities, and proposing actionable changes and new products to optimize revenue outcomes.
* Dive deep into both internal and external advertising platforms to understand their impact on our Return on Investment (ROI).
* Collaborate closely with our analysts to explore data trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of our revenue-generating strategies.
* Work with the growth team to optimize User Acquisition (UA) Return on Investment (ROIs) through effective monetization strategies.
* Proactively seek and evaluate exciting new collaborations and partnerships that have the potential to increase our revenue streams.
Requirements:
* minimum of 3 years of experience in Adtech, with a focus on analytical roles, preferably in a startup or a tech company.
* Proficient in Google Ad Manager, demonstrating the ability to navigate and utilize its features effectively.
* Entrepreneurial Mindset - Demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and excel in a fast-paced setting.
* Results-Driven - Proven capacity to work independently, drive results, and collaborate effectively with team members.
* Top Communication Skills - Fluent and idiomatic proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
* Bachelor's degree in Exact Science, Engineering, Economics, or an equivalent field from a reputable university.
* Familiarity with various advertising technologies, any different SSPs and DSPs.
* Experience with SQL.
