As a Technical sales engineer you will contribute to the growth of the current defense portfolio both with new and existing customers in Israel and other regions.
You will play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts by providing technical solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage several major defense accounts in Israel
- Manage some of the European territories
- Identify and seize new business opportunities, positioning Redler Technologies as a preferred partner
- Collaborate with the marketing and engineering teams to deliver customer needs and develop technical solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Responsibility and ownership of opportunities creation within your territories and customers.
- Preparation of proposals, quotes, and technical documentation
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements
- Occasional Travel
Requirements: You Must Have
- 3-7 years of proven technical sales/field experience
- Strong technical skills and knowledge (Practical engineer or bachelors degree in engineering, or a related field are an advantage)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Mandatory English high level of proficiency- spoken and written
