Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level executive and personal support to senior leadership
* Manage complex calendars, meetings, and priorities across time zones
* Coordinate management meetings: scheduling, agenda, minutes, and follow-ups
* Handle ongoing administrative tasks ( BI / Excel / MS Office)
* Organize international travel and logistics, liaising with global partners and PR team
* Support office operations, suppliers, procurem
Requirements: 2-3 years of proven experience as EA / PA supporting senior executives (tech environment an advantage, but not a must)
Advanced English proficiency spoken and written, for business-level communication - a must
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
Advantage: experience with LinkedIn, Canva, or presentation tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and service-oriented approach
On-site role based in Tel Aviv (no hybrid at this stage)
