We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and results-driven Head of Brand for Israel site to take full ownership of our trading brand, regulated and licensed in Israel and Europe. This role is responsible for leading the brands marketing strategy, execution, and market positioning within the Israeli market, driving growth, awareness, and trust among traders and investors. The position demands a deep understanding of the local ecosystem, including campaigns, competitors, events, media, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full marketing strategy and execution for Israel, including brand positioning, campaigns, GTM plans, and budget management.
- Own the brands performance and reputation in the Israeli market, ensuring consistent and impactful communication across all channels.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience in brand or marketing leadership within fintech, trading, financial or other b2c industries, or within top-tier marketing agencies.
- Proven track record in scaling brands in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of the Israeli financial or advertising ecosystem, including media, partners, and compliance aspects.
- Performance- and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance creative brand-building and data -driven growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience managing budgets, campaigns, and cross-functional teams.
