We are looking for an excellent company secretary / office administrator to join our team in Israel.
The position is permanent, full-time, in office.
Responsibilities:
An integral part of the Human Resources team
Staffing the reception desk:
Providing general support to various departments
Welcoming and assisting visitors
Responsible for ongoing office orders (office supplies, deliveries, groceries, etc.)
Supervising and managing the cleaning staff across the office
Handling administrative processes (
Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree - an advantage
1-3 years of experience as an Office Manager / Personal Assistant
Experience in a global company - an advantage
Computer skills: Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
Language skills:
High level of English - mandatory
Russian - an advantage
Personality: Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented, assertive, team player, ability to multitask and work under pressure, high sense of responsibility, proactive (can-do attitude) and creativity.
