We seek a highly motivated, organized, dedicated, and independent Bookkeeper to join our finance team.
As a bookkeeper, you will support the booking team in all daily accounting tasks: processing and paying vendors invoices, supporting month-end closing tasks, etc. The finance team is responsible for all aspects, from ensuring that we are compliant with all tax regulations and business obligations to planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide the company's extensive growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support the bookkeeping team in all daily accounting tasks
Process and book vendors' invoices
Assemble information for external auditors for the annual audit
Assure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements
Maintain all tax withholdings for supplier invoices
Assist with month-end closing as needed
Bank reconciliations
Managing accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis
This is a temporary and full-time position (maternity leave replacement).
Requirements: Official certification as a Bookkeeper
1+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper
Experience working with Excel
Experience working in high-tech companies (advantage)
Proficiency in Netsuite (advantage)
Experience with Microsoft Office
English at an advanced level (both spoken and written) MUST
Team player
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
