Job Description:
The Head of Finance will lead and oversee all financial activities of Pollogen , ensuring the company maintains strong financial health This role involves delivering periodic forecasts and reports, delivering financial and strategic insights for decision-making, managing budgeting processes, monitoring performance, and implementing company financial policies. This role combines hands-on financial management with strategic partnership across departments and corporate stakeholders. and will make high-level decisions affecting the companys financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys growth objectives in the medical devices and home-use devices sectors.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with company goals.
Manage cash flow and working capital: monitor inflows/outflows, forecast future cash needs, and implement optimization strategies to support growth.
Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
Ensure regulatory and accounting compliance with applicable standards (IFRS/Israeli GAAP) and industry regulations; implement robust internal controls.
Manage relationships with corporate stakeholders, auditors, and other financial partners.
Evaluate and manage financial risks, including market trends and economic factors affecting the medical device sectors.
Support strategic and business initiatives such as product launches and market expansion.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
Lead and manage a finance team of five (Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable) and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.

We are looking for a Supplier & Operations Quality Engineer for the QA team, Youll Cover all quality aspects related to production, Process control and improvement, data collection and analysis. Quality investigations and training/qualification session to production at sub-contractors, Support QA transfer to production from development stages, Support QA transfer of production sites (TK & FTK).
Main Duties:
Supporting all quality activities in products, quality events investigation in production line at sub-contractors.
Ensure the quality of deliverable parts/materials and services by the suppliers.
Data collection and analysis - periodic reports and trend analysis (MRB, Complaints, Yield).
Perform Incoming inspections for materials / products that arrived in our company as part of verification of purchased products.
Product final release activities include DHR review for systems and accessories.
Review of & approve e-DHR conversion activities with FTK sub-contractors including validation final approval.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Initiate, manage, and track PLM processes like Change Orders (COs) throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead design transfer activities from R&D to production, ensuring smooth and robust transition to manufacturing.

This role supports the development of advanced micro-mechanical and macro-automation systems for photonics and semiconductor test equipment. You will collaborate globally, reporting to the SiPh Engineering Manager in North Reading, MA, USA.



In this role, you will design and develop precision mechanical systems that enable high-performance optical and semiconductor testing. Your work will directly support the rapid growth of AI and integrated photonics technologies.



Design micro-mechanical systems using 3D CAD tools such as NX, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks
Develop micro-actuation hardware for photonic integrated circuit (PIC) optical connections, including fiber-to-chip and connector-to-receptacle interfaces
Engineer macro-automation solutions for integrated circuit (IC) handling from JEDEC trays
Model and characterize complex mechanical systems using FEA tools such as COMSOL or Ansys (preferred)
Use structural analysis and CAD tools to architect new modules and evaluate performance and limitations
Define and implement critical metrics and specifications aligned with product requirements and characterization methods
Influence product-level decisions through simulation, prototyping, and lab-based validation

You will lead and/or participate in platform product development initiatives within our Silicon Photonics product team. In the SiPh Engineering group, we focus on developing state-of-the-art Optical Instruments for our Semiconductor Test Equipment products. This optical test equipment is essential for the massive expansion in AI that the industry is currently experiencing.



You will create innovative and sound technical solutions to complex engineering problems. You will also identify essential requirements and key technical risks. You will work closely with Electrical Engineers, Systems Engineers, and Optical Engineers to design solutions for New Product Introduction and High-Volume Manufacturing.



Develop detailed mechanical designs using 3D CAD, along with creating 2D fabrication drawings
Create Engineering Change & Release documents (ECN / ECO)
Participate in internal design reviews
