Position Description: Global Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Employment Type: Full-time About us we are an established non-profit organization with a network of global affiliates that harnesses the power of health diplomacy to foster collaboration and build bridges between communities in conflict. Through its innovative healthcare initiatives, we advance peacebuilding by strengthening health systems and providing critical care where it is needed most. With programs spanning Israel, Palestine, and beyond, the organization works with a diverse network of stakeholders, including hospitals, government bodies, NGOs, and international donors. Role Summary The Global CEO of our company is responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to drive the organization's mission forward. The CEO works to cultivate and strengthen partnerships, ensure financial sustainability, and enhance the organizations visibility and impact on global health diplomacy. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership and Vision Work with the company's International Board to develop a strategic plan that aligns with our company's mission and goals. Responsibility for the implementation of the strategic plan. Strengthen our company's global footprint, fostering new opportunities for collaboration. Serve as a thought leader and advocate for health diplomacy, influencing key stakeholders and decision-makers. Program Development and Oversight Responsibility for the successful design, implementation, and evaluation of our compan's programs. Promote innovation in health diplomacy initiatives and expand impact through scalable solutions. Responsibility for monitoring and evaluation (M&E) to assess and report program effectiveness. Oversee fundraising and media messaging and communications. Stakeholder Engagement and Advocacy Build and maintain strategic partnerships with governments and government agencies, healthcare institutions, multilateral organizations, and philanthropic donors. Represent us at high-level forums, conferences, and media engagements. Strengthen relationships with funders, supporters, and the broader international community. Financial Management and Fundraising Drive fundraising efforts to ensure financial sustainability and program growth. Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring responsible financial stewardship. Expand revenue streams through grants, partnerships, philanthropic, and other initiatives. Governance and Organizational Leadership Work closely with the company's International Board of Directors to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Liaise with Board Chairs of our Affiliates Lead and inspire a high-performing international team, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and impact. Requirements: Qualifications & Experience Proven track record of executive leadership in the non-profit, healthcare, or international development sector. Strong background in diplomacy, public health, or global health policy. Experience in fundraising, donor relations, and securing major grants. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to navigate complex geopolitical environments. Financial acumen, with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets. Strong understanding of conflict resolution, cross-cultural communication, and peacebuilding. A results-driven leader with strategic vision and an entrepreneurial mindset. Preferred Attributes Experience working in the Middle East Strong media and public speaking skills. English and Hebrew proficiency. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
