As the Marketing Enablement Team Leader you will be responsible for driving scalable revenue growth through the alignment of marketing and sales strategies, operational excellence, and enablement initiatives.
This leader manages cross-functional team members, including marketing enablement and sales operations, ensuring the right tools, processes, and content are in place to accelerate the buyer journey, improve pipeline conversion rates, and empower sales teams to perform effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall marketing enablement and sales operations strategy to support business growth and pipeline velocity
Partner with marketing, sales, and revenue leadership to align go-to-market efforts and pipeline development initiatives
Define KPIs to measure the success of pipeline growth, lead quality, and sales effectiveness
Oversee the creation, distribution, and maintenance of enablement content, playbooks, messaging guides, and onboarding materials for marketing and sales teams
Ensure campaign messaging and positioning are aligned with buyer personas and sales stages
Collaborate with product marketing to roll out new messaging, product updates, and GTM initiatives to revenue teams
Drive adoption of marketing automation and content management tools across the teams
Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and aligned processes
Facilitate regular feedback loops between marketing and sales teams to identify friction points and improvement opportunities
Set clear goals, performance metrics, and development plans for each team member. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
Identify bottlenecks in the pipeline development and lead-to-revenue processes.
Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
3-5 years of Strong leadership experience in marketing or sales enablement, sales operations, or revenue operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to derive insights from complex datasets
Proven ability to drive alignment across sales and marketing teams
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Ability to work and execute quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in economics, Marketing, Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM majors) or equivalent experience
Background in marketing analytics or lifecycle marketing
Familiarity with cybersecurity industry trends and customer behaviour
Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools
Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and customer segmentation techniques
Experience with Python for data manipulation and automation.
