We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Engineer and Business Analyst to join our marketing team.
This is a high-impact role for a seasoned professional who can bridge the gap between complex business needs and advanced technical solutions, with a strong focus on designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
What Youll Do:
Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and scalable Salesforce solutions.
Design, code, test, and deploy custom Salesforce functionality, including Apex classes, triggers, flows, and formulas.
Customize Salesforce applications through custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate Salesforce applications with other systems via APIs and integration tools.
Leverage AI agents and advanced automation to optimize business processes and enhance system capabilities.
Build and maintain data tables leveraging advanced SQL and integration tools to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for both business processes and technical solutions to support knowledge sharing and governance.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Salesforce Developer certification is a must.
3+ years of proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer and in business analysis
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative features.
Experienced in managing leads, contacts, campaigns, and campaign members.
Knowledge of integration tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience with Full Circle Insights - advantage
Experience with Marketo - advantage
Excellent written and spoken English.
