We are looking for a strategic, operationally-driven leader to take charge of our high-volume (mass recruitment) hiring efforts across multiple international markets. This role will go beyond traditional recruitment to focus on programmatic workforce planning, data-driven optimization, and scalable hiring solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring experience from contingent workforce management, staffing programs, operations, or program managementwith a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to deliver results in complex, high-growth environments.
You will lead a team of 810 high-volume acquisition partners, but your core mandate is to design and implement scalable programs that enable us to hire ~300 support agents per month across shared service centers. Youll be a key business partner to senior stakeholders, driving data-backed hiring strategy, automation, and workforce optimization initiatives.
This is a critical role for breaking old patterns and bringing fresh thinking to how we grow our frontline teams at scale.
What youll be doing:
Programmatic Workforce Strategy:
Design and implement high-volume hiring programs and processes that are scalable, cost-efficient, and adaptable across multiple international markets.
Partner with operations and business leaders to define workforce planning models, headcount forecasts, and hiring timelines.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve time-to-fill, forecast accuracy, and onboarding quality.
Leadership & People Management:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 810 High-Volume Talent Acquisition Partners.
Drive a performance-based culture focused on measurable outcomes, efficiency, and innovation.
Promote continuous improvement and experimentation within the team.
Data & Process Optimization:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track pipeline performance, conversion rates, and hiring trends.
Use workforce analytics to drive decisions, anticipate bottlenecks, and improve hiring quality.
Integrate automation, scheduling tools, and candidate engagement platforms to increase throughput and reduce manual workload.
Market Expansion & Candidate Ecosystems:
Build strategic partnerships with staffing vendors, educational institutions, and government agencies to expand candidate pipelines.
Understand localized workforce dynamics and labor regulations across hiring regions.
Support employer branding and targeted marketing campaigns to attract the right candidate profiles.
Business Partnership & Influence:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on headcount strategy, hiring risks, and expansion plans.
Influence organizational hiring practices by bringing insights from workforce programs, contingent staffing models, and operational benchmarks.
Requirements: 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Program Management
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a background in designing and managing scalable programs.
Proven track record of building or transforming high-volume hiring operations across international markets.
Experience working in or with shared service centers, support teams, or frontline staffing models.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially at the leadership level.
Fluent in English and Hebrew
Experience from environments like Amazon Workforce Staffing, RPO program management, or large-scale contingent workforce oversight is highly valued.
