We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager (Platform) to drive the development, scalability, and reliability of our SaaS platform on AWS and Azure. You will work closely with Engineering, Platform, DevOps, Security, Product, Customer Success, and the Technical teams on the customers side to build a resilient cloud infrastructure, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and manage platform services.
You will have responsibility over:
Platform Strategy & Development:
Define and own the Platform roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
Work with engineering and cloud architects to design and optimize multi-cloud (AWS & Azure) infrastructure.
Lead the development of self-service platform tools for developers, enhancing automation and operational efficiency.
Improve observability with monitoring, logging, and tracing (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Azure Monitor).
Drive incident response, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies for the platform.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Act as a bridge between customer, product, engineering, DevOps, and security teams.
Gather and define requirements for platform features, balancing scalability, reliability, and cost.
Evangelize DevOps and cloud best practices across the organization.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Product Management.
Strong knowledge of AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, IAM, S3, Lambda, etc.) and/or Azure (AKS, Virtual Machines, Azure DevOps, Blob Storage, etc.).
Understanding of cloud security, networking (VPCs, VNets), and cost optimization strategies.
Hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).
Knowledge of SaaS application architectures, microservices, and serverless computing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing multi-cloud SaaS platforms - advantage.
