* B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

* Project management skills, including building processes from requirements to execution.

* Deep technical understanding of Salesforce best practices and customization capabilities (Flows, Apex, Formulas, VR, AP, etc.).

* Ability to analyze business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and document in process flow diagrams.

* A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn new systems and processes, improving and delivering fast and smart solutions.

* Experience with iPaaS tools like Workato, MuleSoft, Make, Zapier, etc.

* Strong communication and presentation skills with fluent English.
