As a Supplier Quality engineer, you will have responsibility for leading Afimilk quality assurance day to day quality activities and projects. This role provides quality support for operations, manages our contract manufacturing suppliers (quality/eng oriented) and ensure the overall quality of Afimilk manufactured products, supports and monitoring the production and processes to meet high quality standards. You will also be the leader in defining and implementing quality systems and processes to drive continuous product and process improvement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
* Day-to-day quality engineering activities such as product quality documentation, customer complaints, ECO's, product deviation, non-conformities, FAI, Document control and fields corrective action. · Manage/Support investigations of escalation, deviations, CAPA's, risk assessments, FMEA, root-cause analysis activities internal or supplier sites. · Responsible for leading and implementing IPQC, IQC, OQC approval to supplier. · Collect, analyze, and interpret statistical data, perform analyses, and provide reports as required.
* Actively involved in the NPI process
* Leading and continuously improving company's Quality Management System and quality engineering activities, Monitor, and analyze quality performance and KPI. · Develop and maintain successful external auditing plans for Suppliers and their 2nd tier. · Collaborate with Operations, R&D QA, Engineering and Manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place. · Takes an active role in leading, reviewing, and approving quality manufacturing product changes. · Validation of manufacturing process to meet targets, production output and quality standards.

Personal Attributes:
· Technical capabilities. · Experience in utilization of statistical techniques such design of experiments, hypothesis testing, SPC, etc. as part of Quality Engineering discipline. · CMQ/OE, CQE – Advantage · Experience in Plastics manufacturing Engineering, including with Paint and/or Injection Molding technologies. · Experience with Priority ERP system – an advantage · Experience in mass-production - an advantage · Proficient in documentation · High Learning ability

TIs FAST (Field Applications & Sales Training) Development Program is designed to prepare Sales & Applications team members for customer-oriented careers that pair technical skills with business perspectives. The program provides experiences that help rising TIers understand how to successfully grow TIs business and to thrive throughout their entire TI career.
This 7-month experience aims to teach Technical Sales Associates (TSAs) how to build and manage customer relationships, and how to influence decisions to grow TIs revenue. The track includes three rotations*:
Rotation 1: Field Sales Office (FSO): This 3-month rotation integrates Technical Sales Associates with a local TI sales team, offering first-hand experience of TIs sales process. You will partner with customers and internal teams to uncover and win every possible customer opportunity, and also leverage our one-of-a-kind virtual account system to learn how to find, define, and win opportunities in a mix of real-time and simulated environments.
Rotation 2: Sales Operations: This 6-weeks rotation provides first-hand experience working with the pricing and customer service teams. Focus areas for this rotation include pricing models, supply chain functions, price negotiation, and an overview of pricing guidelines, laws, procedures and tools.
Rotation 3: Product Marketing: This 2-month rotation focuses on the relationship between sales and a particular product line. This rotation helps you understand product life cycles, roadmap development, marketing approaches, and ways to collaborate with product marketing to win at the customer.

As a Field Applications Engineer you will:
Act as a technical consultant to solve design challenges with the TI portfolio to become a trusted advisor for your customers

Your start as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) will be through our FAST development program:
TIs FAST (Field Applications & Sales Training) Development Program is designed to prepare Sales & Applications team members for customer-oriented careers that pair technical skills with business perspectives. The programs goal is to provide hands-on experience in the role of a FAE while offering Training and Mentorship. During the program you will have access to different departments and you will get insights into the long-term development opportunities at TI.
The track includes two rotations:
Rotation 1, Field Sales Office (FSO), in Israel, 6 months: The FSO rotation is centered on learning how to work directly with customers to solve technical challenges, and to ultimately maximize TIs revenue by providing customers with the systems-level solutions that best address their design needs. Among other aspects, the FSO rotation focuses on analyzing technical trade-offs, understanding component selection, and solving design and cost challenges.
Rotation 2, Systems Engineering & Marketing (SEM) in Freising, Germany, 5 months: The SEM rotation provides hands-on experiences that help future FAEs understand how various TI components fit together to provide systems-level solutions for customer designs. This rotation typically focuses on technical product selection, schematic/layout capture, PCB layouts, tear downs, board bring up and validation.

We are looking for a Engineering Program Manager (EPM) Ethernet Active Electrical Cable Products.
The EPM for Ethernet AEC Products leads cross-functional execution required for development, qualification, NPI, RTM (release to manufacturing) and sustaining phase of our Labs Ethernet AEC products. This is a high-impact position that is directly responsible for successful execution of critical revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the single point of contact within our company for all matters relating to Ethernet AEC programs including ASIC (Silicon + Firmware), Software, Boards and AEC Cables.
Own the delivery of Ethernet AEC products from concept through production and lead sustaining phase activities:
Align activities across various disciplines to ensure customer needs are met
ASIC pre-silicon: architecture, RTL design, verification, physical design, packaging, tape-out
ASIC post-silicon: validation, wafer & package-level test, reliability (qual)
Board: spec, design, build qty. planning, EVT/DVT/PVT
AEC cable: spec, design, build qty. planning, EVT/DVT/PVT, customer qualification, ramp
FW release roadmap and delivery to customers, prioritization of feedback/issues
Maintain adequate technical depth and managerial skill to address program and product issues
Program planning, schedules, budgeting, risk assessment, resource planning and management, and tracking related program activities
Manage multiple parallel threads of execution while clearly identifying and tracking dependencies
Identify risks and bottlenecks and actively work on resolving them
