In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automation, control, and electrical systems across our production facilities. This includes both continuous and discrete manufacturing processes, PLC, HMI, SCADA, PI systems, industrial communication networks, and electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
Program, configure, and maintain PLC systems (Allen-Bradley and Siemens preferred).
Develop, configure, and maintain HMI and SCADA applications.
Work with OSIsoft PI System, including PI DataLink, AF, and PI Vision.
Troubleshoot complex automation, electrical, and industrial communication issues in production facilities.
Lead and support automation and electrical engineering projects from concept through implementation.
Upgrade and optimize existing control and automation systems.
Support both continuous process and discrete manufacturing environments.
Work with chemical production facilities and industrial manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, external engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Prepare technical documentation, including control logic, Cause & Effect matrices, I/O lists, and functional specifications.
Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.
Configure and maintain industrial communication networks (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc.).
Integrate industrial systems including PLC, SCADA, PI, OPC, and other automation platforms.
