Design Control Engineer
Responsibilities
Support the maintenance and organization of the Design History File (DHF) documentation.
Assist in completing documentation required for product releases in compliance with FDA, CE, ISO, and internal procedures.
Provide administrative support for design control activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
Support documentation related to software validation and traceability.
Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory submissions.
Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed in internal systems.

abra is recruiting a Junior Monitoring & Control Engineer. As part of the role: defining continuous monitoring for IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and operating systems. Real-time detection and handling of malfunctions, development and implementation of new processes using Apache NiFi or CAWA (Broadcom). Development, maintenance, and operation of monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Netcool, SCOM, Elastic, and Grafana. In addition, close collaboration with infrastructure teams, NOC, communications, cybersecurity, and DevOps teams. Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, located in Yoakum.

Responsibilities

DevOps Management
Architect and manage multi-cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Own CI/CD pipelines and IaC frameworks (Terraform, Pulumi).
Define and enforce SLOs/SLAs with an SRE mindset.
Manage monitoring, alerting, and incidents.
Promote Kubernetes and scalable micro-services practices.

SecOps & FinOps
Support implementation of security best practices across cloud and CI/CD environments in collaboration with Security stakeholders.
Participate in security incident response processes when relevant.
Own cloud cost visibility and optimization processes, including tagging, monitoring, and ongoing efficiency improvements.
Support business continuity and disaster recovery.

People & Process Management
Manage and develop DevOps team.
Establish and improve operational processes to support engineering delivery and production readiness.

Required System Administrator
About this role
The System Administrator is a one-man-show responsible for the execution of all IT activities, managing internal and customer-facing IT projects, including planning, coordinating and executing, and participating in multi-group projects.
Specific Responsibilities:
Be the key go-to person for IT needs / projects
Execute IT activities per company IT/security policies & workplan
Administer and manage AzureAD (Entra), Office 365, and Exchange Online
Maintain cloud storage privileges & configuration and backup of SharePoint, G-Suite, etc.
Manage endpoints using Intune, JAMF, and additional MDM tools
