We are seeking an Engineering Manager for Cloud Security Product Group.

We're extending our mission of "stopping breaches" into the public cloud and cloud-native workloads. Our product offering will give customers the ability to monitor and track their cloud-native workloads as well as hardening and protecting them against attacks prior to deployment.

This offering will help with defending against potential adversary activities involving cloud-native resources. When coupled with Falcon, our endpoint security offering, our CSPG offering will provide a more comprehensive perspective on how the adversary is targeting key customer infrastructure. Our ultimate goal is to provide a single platform for securing the entire lifecycle of cloud workloads and cloud security posture.

This role is hybrid, on-site at TLV office. Candidates should be comfortable visiting the office at least 3 times a week.


What You'll Do:

Lead, mentor and grow a team of backend engineers, driving product vision and roadmap while remaining hands-on with code and architecture.

Lead backend engineering efforts from rapid prototypes to large-scale applications across our products.

Leverage and build cloud-based systems to detect targeted attacks and automate cyber threat intelligence production at a global scale.

Balance hands-on technical contributions with people management responsibilities.

Brainstorm, define and build collaboratively with members across multiple teams.

Drive technical direction and make architectural decisions for the team.

Work in a startup-like environment with a small fast-moving team.

Mentor and be mentored by other developers on backend, and data storage technologies and our system.

In this role, you will be integrated within the Lab Engineering team in WIL R&D Lab, reporting to the Lab Engineers Supervisor and dotted line to the Lab Technicians Supervisor. You will be supporting routine WIL R&D Lab activities as part of applicable project requirements in West. You will support ongoing lab testing deliverables including reviewing the obtained results in Lab environment in compliance with GDP (Good Documentation Practice) guidelines. In addition, you will perform various testing per provided guidance to support various West platforms and products throughout product lifecycle. As part of this role, you will be able to work with different testing Equipment types, handling with calibration requirements and working with consumables, drug products and other goods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supporting ongoing lab testing deliverables including reviewing the obtained results in Lab environment in compliance with GDP guidelines.
Performing various lab testing utilizing lab equipment per provided guidance to support various West platforms and products throughout product lifecycle.
Working with dedicated digital SW (such as LIMS) as well as hard copy formats
Assist the Lab engineering team in issuing testing related documentation including results analysis.
Assist the Lab engineering team in the development of test methods, work instructions, and other as required.
Participates in the execution of Gage R&R and qualification of engineering test fixtures, assembly fixtures, test methods used in the development process of medical devices.
Working according to Lab procedures following Good Laboratory Practice and Good Documentation Practice.

We are looking for a Finance Transformation Director to establish and lead the Finance transformation function, reporting directly to the CFO and acting as part of the global Finance leadership team.
This is a newly created role, responsible for defining and executing the Finance transformation roadmap across processes, systems, and data. This is a Software Development Engineer (SDE) role in the engineering team that delivers the sensor (lightweight agent) on various container optimized Linux distros. This role will be part of the team designing and implementing new features in the sensor to secure cloud workloads. The work leverages eBPF and other technologies. These features will extend the power of the Falcon platform to provide seamless visibility, detection, and prevention for container processes running in orchestration environments like Kubernetes.

What You'll Do:

Create and maintain high-performance linux system software components. Analyze complex software features, and build effective test strategies and test designs.
