PCIe: Link training, configuration space, configuration procedures by the OS, hot-plug, transport layer, PCIe switch, SR-IOV, experience with PCIe Gen.4+ an advantage.
Server design: x86 CPUs, BMC, IPMI, Redfish, SMBus/I2C, BIOS, UEFI, design for high availability, thermal design.
Storage systems: NVMe SSDs, NVMeoF, RAID, OCP SSDs
Networking: 100/200/400/800G Ethernet, Infiniband, RDMA, NVMeoF, QoS, Flow Control, VxLANs, Optical Tranceivers, cables and DPUs
Linux: Device drivers, memory management, hardware debug and test tools.

*  Experience in Board design - Advantage
* Experience in Digial/Analog/RF design.
* Experience with lab equipment (Oscilloscope, DVM, Signal generator, Spectrum analyzer, LCR meters, etc.)
* Must possess excellent skills in problem-solving, self-learning, presentation and teamwork.
* Good verbal and written communication (English).
* Board Bring Up and Debugging experience -advantage

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
7-10 years of hardware / electronics engineering experience (analog and digital board design, layout, bring-up, and debug), including 2-3 years managing hardware or multidisciplinary engineering teams.
You have taken hardware all the way to manufacturing, not just to a working prototype.
Hands-on proficiency with the team's board design tools (Altium).
Experience directing and managing external design houses or hardware suppliers.
A systems mindset, and comfort working across embedded, mechanical, and sensing.
Strong communication and leadership. You can push for speed without letting quality slide.
Hebrew and English.
Nice to have:
Experience scaling hardware from low-volume prototypes to volume manufacturing.
Background in sensing, RF/EM, or other signal-intensive systems.
Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 2-3 years of Hands-on experience in complex hardware debugging across a wide range of Platforms, including enterprise servers, BMC, PCIe, IPMI, SAS/SATA/NVMe SSDs, JBODs, Ethernet cards, PDUs, UPSs, and other related components
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field -MUST
* Experience in scripting and automation using Bash and Python- MUST!
* Experience with Linux-based environments, system-level tools, logs, kernel interfaces, drivers, and debugging workflows
* Solid understanding of electrical engineering and computer networking concepts
* Hands-on problem solver with a demonstrated “ownership” mindset, able to operate effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
* Experience working with large-scale complex hardware enterprise products.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail, can prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast and dynamic environment
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
