We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OEM Sales Manager to join our growing team and drive business expansion in the enterprise IT hardware market, specializing in server and Storage solutions.
Develop and expand OEM client portfolio - technology companies and global server manufacturers
Sell advanced infrastructure solutions (servers, Storage, backup, virtualization) customized to client needs
Build relationships with decision-makers in leading organizations
Manage complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through to deal closure
Work directly with manufacturers, suppliers, and technology partners
Generate new business opportunities in the OEM integration and IT market
Lead negotiations with manufacturers and distributors
Full sales cycle management: strategy planning, solution design, negotiation, and deal closure
Full-time position
Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales in OEM/IT integration markets
Hands-on experience working with DELL, HPE, Supermicro, or equivalent enterprise hardware vendors
Proven track record working directly with manufacturers and distributors
Technical background and strong understanding of enterprise hardware products (servers, Storage systems)
Fluent English - mandatory
Proven ability to acquire new clients and manage complex negotiations
Significant Advantages:
Existing network of contacts with IT distributors and manufacturers in Israel
Experience in Storage solutions (SAN, NAS, Backup)
Background working with enterprise hardware equipment
Deep familiarity with data center infrastructure and virtualization solutions
