We are looking for an exceptional Production Troubleshooting & Incident Lead to take end-to-end ownership of complex production incidents in a mission-critical banking environmnt.
This is not a traditional support role.
The person in this position will be expected to quickly understand complex problems, build a clear picture of the incident across multiple systems, identify the relevant components and dependencies, determine the root cause, engage the appropriate engineering teams, and drive the incident through to complete resolution.

We are looking for a Senior Network Technical Lead to own the full technical lifecycle of network and security infrastructure projects - from requirements and design through implementation, customer acceptance, and handover
This is a technical-authority role, not a hands-on-keyboard-only position: the person sets direction for other engineers and is accountable for every design decision on the project.
Core Responsibilities:
Own solution design end-to-end: translate customer requirements into secure, scalable network architectures, and produce HLD and LLD documentation.
