We are looking for a Microsoft CRM Dynamics System Analyst.

Requirements: 3-5 years of proven experience functioning as a System Analyst
Knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365 (Preferably Dynamics 365 Online) and Power Platform (advantage) as Business Analyst
Outstanding attention to detail is essential.
Excellent writing skills for system documentation (HLD, DD) help guides, and marketing materials.
Advanced knowledge of backlog management and user story creation
Advanced knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum and Kanban practices
Understanding of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment are needed.
A fast learner who is motivated, innovative, and a self-starter with a "can do" attitude.
Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate understanding of software development lifecycle, standard processes, and best practices.
Excellent customer service skills.
