We are looking for an experienced System Engineer to lead the definition and integration of our next-generation wireless IoT systems. You will possess a unique "end-to-end" perspective: understanding the physics of the RF/Analog silicon, the intricacies of the BLE protocol, and the full integration between devices to network connectivity. You will work closely with Silicon, FW, and Cloud teams to ensure robust connectivity and optimized power consumption.
Responsibilities
System Architecture: Define system-level requirements for Wireless IoT products, focusing on RF performance, power budgets, and data throughput. Faimilairy with in-door wireless including antenna design consideration is an advantage.
Silicon & RF Interface: Work with Silicon development teams to define RFIC specs and resolve integration challenges (Analog/RF mixed-signal flows).
Connectivity Pipeline: Define the HW to Firmware to Ethernet or wireless pipeline.
Integration & Debug: Hands-on bring-up of new silicon/hardware in the lab, debugging complex issues spanning from RF interference to network protocol failures.

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our AI datacenter development team. This role involves testing, validating, and scaling advanced network infrastructure across multi-vendor environments. You will be responsible for replicating real-world AI datacenter topologies, validating performance under stress, and ensuring network solutions deliver uncompromising reliability, scalability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute regression, functional, performance, and scale test suites for network infrastructure
Investigate complex performance and scaling bottlenecks in AI datacenters
Design and build customer-scale testbeds emulating diverse network architectures
Write and debug automation scripts (Python, Bash) to drive traffic generators and manipulate test environments
Analyze large-scale test data to identify root causes of hardware/software issues across multi-vendor platforms
Collaborate with R&D and architecture teams to validate ASIC and micro-architectural behaviors
Support POC efforts, innovation initiatives, and customer use-case reproductions
Generate comprehensive test reports highlighting results, insights, and recommendations
Validate network protocols and hardware-software interactions in AI workloads.

Ensure proper operation and integration of all software components and their interfaces with logic and validation modules.

Investigate and resolve complex system-wide issues and bugs across multiple teams.
Infrastructure & Tooling
Develop and maintain internal tools and infrastructure to enhance development efficiency and integration readiness.
Build profiling, debugging, and automation frameworks to support high-quality delivery.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Key stakeholder in the definition of interface contracts (APIs, protocols, timing/resource constraints) across software and hardware boundaries.
Drive integration plans, dry runs, and troubleshooting for system-wide features.
Quality & Execution Excellence
Champion clean architecture, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices.
Ensure documentation (design specs, interface definitions, runbooks) is complete and up-to-date.
