Our Legal Intelligence team is expanding, and we are seeking a Legal Intelligence Analyst to join our Finance group.
This is not your typical role. As a Legal Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in uncovering large-scale legal violations that distort markets and harm competition. From corporate misconduct to market manipulation, your work will contribute to delivering real-world justice across the financial system.
The ideal candidate brings strong legal expertise, sharp investigative instincts, and a deep understanding of financial systems and data. We are looking for someone who can think critically, analyze complex fact patterns, and identify strategic opportunities grounded in legal and economic insight. Responsibilities:
Use data, AI, and innovative thinking to uncover large-scale legal violations.
Conduct legal research to support investigations as needed.
Develop creative methodologies for analyzing and interpreting unstructured data.
Collaborate with the team to maintain high production quality and identify emerging legal phenomena.
Assess and verify the reliability of diverse sources (legal and otherwise).
Requirements: LL.B degree a must.
At least 1 year of experience in a data-driven or tech-oriented role.
Strong legal background (Israel, US, or other jurisdictions).
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Proven legal research skills, including independent work with legal, financial, or regulatory sources.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to grasp and apply technical, financial, and legal concepts.
Creative mindset with the ability to identify insights and breakthroughs.
Preferred Qualifications
Background or strong interest in antitrust, securities, or corporate law.
Familiarity with financial systems, market dynamics, or public company disclosures.
Experience identifying patterns, inconsistencies, or potential legal violations in complex data.
Basic familiarity with data analysis concepts and tools.
