we are looking for a Segment Marketing Manager.
The CTI Marketing Manager drives the execution of go-to-market marketing programs across the early and mid-funnel for the Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) portfolio. This role translates positioning and strategy into compelling messaging, content, assets and digital campaigns that generate demand, advance pipeline, and support sales engagement.
you will:
Partner closely with the Cyber PMM to translate product and portfolio strategy into clear messaging, narratives, and campaign themes across early and mid funnel.
Own the execution of demand and engagement programs, including awareness and lead-generation campaigns, pipeline acceleration initiatives, and sales-aligned motions.
Develop marketing assets across the funnel, including campaign messaging, landing pages, content offers, webinars, email sequences, sales playbooks, case studies, and competitive insights.
Coordinate with demand generation, sales, product, marketing operations, and external vendors to ensure strong end-to-end execution.
Support ABM and partner co-marketing programs aligned to priority accounts and routes to market.
Track and analyze performance across the funnel (engagement, MQLs, pipeline contribution, win rates, ROI) and optimize programs based on insights.
Support localization and rollout of campaigns across US and EU markets, working with regional stakeholders.
Manage timelines, budgets, and agency resources related to owned initiatives.
Stay closely connected to market trends, competitive dynamics, and buyer behavior within the CTI space, and feed insights back into messaging and program design.
Requirements: Native or near-native English.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing (demand generation, field, segment, or product marketing), in cyber threat intelligence.
Strong understanding of enterprise B2B buyers and complex buying journeys.
Proven ability to execute marketing programs end-to-end, from concept through launch and optimization.
Experience working cross-functionally and across time zones (US + EU).
Strong project management skills with high executional discipline.
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
Experience supporting ABM programs and/or partner-led marketing motions.
