You are not just managing infrastructure; you are building a Managed Platform that serves as a high-performance product for hundreds of engineers. You will bridge the gap between deep technical systems, such as multi-cloud landing zones and Kubernetes orchestration, and strategic business functions including FinOps, vendor management, and organizational governance.
You will succeed by fostering a Developer Experience (DevEx) first culture, enabling global developer-velocity, accelerating GenAI for developers, and ensuring that as Teads scales, our infrastructure acts as a catalyst for velocity rather than a bottleneck.

Ownership: Reporting directly to the CTO, manage a team of ~50 Cloud and DevOps engineers spread across Israel, France, Slovenia and other international locations.
Managed Platform & DevEx: Shift the infrastructure paradigm from "ticket-based" to "self-service." Own the Internal Developer Platform (IDP), providing automated toolsets that allow engineers to define, deploy, and monitor services autonomously.
Multi-Cloud Landing Zone & Governance: Oversee the architecture and sustainability of Teads public and private cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure). Establish robust governance frameworks that ensure security and compliance without sacrificing developer agility.
FinOps & Budgeting: Manage a multi-million dollar cloud budget. Drive a culture of cost-efficiency by implementing advanced FinOps practices, automated rightsizing, and workload-aware scheduling to maximize ROI.
