Reporting directly to the Chairman of the Group, the Chief of Staff will oversee the activities of the Office of the Chairman. The Chief of Staff will manage the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure of projects as well as developing their processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all activities of the Office of the Chairman
Develop and manage projects, from strategic planning to execution
Research, analyze and document performance data and corporate information
Manage reporting systems and policy and procedure manuals
Establish and manage relationships with internal teams and service providers
Oversee numerous critical projects
Requirements: Requirements:
3 years of relevant work experience
Native English speaker
Honest, ethical, intelligent and responsible individual
Highly organized and competent multitasker
Energetic, quick thinker, problem solver with a positive attitude
Ability to manage teams under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment
Outstanding work ethic and willingness to work after hours as necessary
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
Tech savvy (Social Media, Microsoft Office)
Academic degree required (business, law, economics or information systems preferred).
This is a full time position based in Jerusalem, Israel.
