This role will give you the opportunity to:
? Support month, quarter, and year closing procedures
? Oversee accounts payable (AP) balances by processing vendor invoices, managing
the approval workflow, and ensuring timely payments to both local and international
vendors. Maintain direct, ongoing communication with vendors to address inquiries
and resolve any issues
? Generate and issue customer invoices, create sales orders, and serve as the primary
point of contact for customer inquiries and support
? Managing accruals expenses on a monthly basis
? Manage the monthly payroll cycle for IL employees
? Reporting IL VAT and point of contact with IL tax authorities
? Responsible for payments process
? Bank and credit cards reconciliation.
? Responsible for travel employee reimbursement including review expenses reports
and maintaining approval flow
? Work with our global subsidiaries
Requirements: ? Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage)
? 3+ years bookkeeping experience from a global Hi tech or multi-national company
? Experience working with NetSuite
? Great communication skills written and spoken in English-Must
? Strong Excel skills
? Excellent communication and organizational skills
? Team player and service-oriented
? Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
? Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
? Knowledge of Israeli tax regulations and procedures, with a focus on VAT reporting,
payroll processing, and tax payments
