We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Hardware Engineer specializing in Failure Analysis and Design Review. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog circuit design (preferably power electronics) and digital circuits, combined with extensive hands-on experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. This role involves leading failure investigations, reviewing new product designs, and mentoring team engineers to ensure best practices and high product reliability. Key Responsibilities
* Perform Failure Analysis on complex field issues in power conversion systems for the solar energy market.
* Lead Design Reviews for new products, providing insights to improve reliability and performance.
* Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges.
* Mentor and guide team engineers, sharing expertise in power, analog and digital circuit design.
* Prepare detailed technical reports.

Responsibilities
Take a key role in designing and developing the frontend for the companys cloud platform.
Act as a proactive, self-motivated contributor, driving clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Analyze and update existing codebase, ensuring high-quality solutions and quick adaptability to changes.
Collaborate closely with Product Management/UX to deliver aligned and effective results.
Gather functional requirements, craft technical specifications, and execute project planning and test strategies.
Work effectively in a dynamic and complex technical environment, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
Advocate for and implement improvements to internal processes and the existing codebase to enhance performance and maintainability.
