Rail Vision is a multidisciplinary startup headquartered in Ra'anana. We utilize the latest Artificial Intelligence and Electro Optics technologies and develop lifesaving, vision systems for the global railway market. We are looking for an experienced and sharp Algorithm Manager with management experience and a solid understanding in Deep Learning and Computer Vision in order to effectively lead a team of researchers who develop the core networks and algorithms for collision avoidance, utilizing multiple cameras at multiple wavelengths and zoom, multiple corresponding inertial and location hardware. What will you do?
* Leading a team of researchers and communicate with other research teams.
* Developing the next generation algorithms including different CNN architectures, CV algorithms and algorithms that utilize Physics in complex environment.

The NOC Shift Leader plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing operations during the shift, ensuring smooth workflow, and addressing any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a shift, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to the team's procedures. Monitor and manage shift operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to maintain seamless 24/7 operations. Serve as a point of contact between shift staff and management, reporting any significant incidents, managing escalations, and coordinating with higher-level support teams as needed (Internally and Externally).? Maintaining the knowledge base, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve NOC processes and effectiveness.? Incident management Detection, Analysis, Notification, Reaction until resolution, Documentation Provide training and guidance to new and existing NOC engineers and support professional development initiatives for the team. Ensuring that NOC tools and technologies are properly maintained and updated.
