תיאור תפקיד:
ניהול, תכנון וייעול המערך הטכנולוגיות, הדיגיטל והמידע ברשות המקומית ומוסדות החינוך. מהווה הסמכות הבכירה
ברשות בנושאי טכנולוגיות, מידע ודיגיטל.
עיקרי התפקיד:
1. ניהול מכלול שירותי הטכנולוגיות, המידע והמחשוב של הרשות וניהול כלל המשאבים בהתאם להנחיות המנכ"ל
ובהתאם למסגרת הכוללת של תכנית העבודה השנתית והרב- שנתית, התקציב והנהלים הקיימים ברשות.
2.להיות הסמכות המקצועית ברשות בנושאי טכנולוגיות, מידע ומחשוב, ובכלל זה מתן ייעוץ להנהלת הרשות ולאגפים
השונים בתחומים אלו ובהתאמת פתרונות טכנולוגיים לצרכים עסקיים.
3. ניהול ותפעול תחום אבטחת המידע והסייבר ולתחזוקתו וליישום בפועל את מדיניות אבטחת המידע, לרבות הגנה מפני
התקפות סייבר ודליפת מידע ואבטחת תשתיות מידע קריטיות.
4. ניהול ותפעול כלל מערכות התשתיות)הפסיביות והאקטיביות(הנדרשות להפעלת מערכות המחשוב והמידע ותחזוקתן
5.לנהל ולתפעל את הבקרה והאיכות של ספקי מיקור החוץ הפועלים בתחומי האחריות הכלולים בתפקיד.
6.לתכלל ולנהל את ממשקי העבודה והאינטגרציה בין יחידות הרשות לבין הספקים השונים בתחומי התקשוב.
7.לגבש את נוהלי העבודה ולהסדיר את תהליכי העבודה בנושאים המקצועיים שבתחומי אחריות הכלולים בתפקיד.
8.להדריך את עובדי האגף בנושאים המקצועיים שבתחומי האחריות הכלולים בתפקיד.
9.לנהל ולהוביל את קידום הטרנספורמציה הדיגיטלית ברשות באמצעות פיתוח וקידום תהליכים עסקיים והפיכתם
לדיגיטליים בתפיסה של שירות מיטבי ללקוחות הרשות המקומית.
10.להוות גורם מקצועי וניהולי המייצג את הרשות בוועדות ובפורומים מקצועיים בתחומי עיסוקו ובהתאם לשיקול דעת
הרשות.
11.גיבוש ויישום של מדיניות דיגיטציה,חדשנות ומערכות המידע ברשות, בהלימה לאסטרטגיה ולתהליכי העבודה של
הרשות המקומית.

ניסיון מקצועי:
ניסיון מקצועי של חמש שנים במצטבר באחד או יותר מהחלופות הבאות:
מנהל מערכות מידע הכולל ניהול צוות עובדים טכנולוגי ) מינימום 3 עובדים(
או
תפקיד ניהולי טכנולוגי )פיתוח ו/או תשתיות( או ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים בתחום הדיגיטציה והמערכות מידע.
ניסיון ניהולי: חמש שנות ניסיון לפחות בניהול צוות עובדים מקצועיים.
קורסים והכשרות מקצועיות:

Responsibilities:
Support and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams using cutting-edge technologies.
Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
Secure, scale, and manage our cloud environments (AWS and GCP)
Design and implement automation solutions for both development and production
Manage and improve our CI/CD pipelines for fast and safe delivery
Lead best practices in infrastructure, observability, configuration management, and system hardening
Continuously assess and improve existing infrastructure in line with industry standards

Requirements:
BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
Proven experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar.
Expertise in Terraform for AWS infrastructure-as-code deployments
Strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Proficiency with relational databases
Solid knowledge of Python and Bash scripting
Experience with test automation an advantage

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer.
As a Senior Data Engineer, youll be more than just a coder - youll be the architect of our data ecosystem. Were looking for someone who can design scalable, future-proof data pipelines and connect the dots between DevOps, backend engineers, data scientists, and analysts.
Youll lead the design, build, and optimization of our data infrastructure, from real-time ingestion to supporting machine learning operations. Every choice you make will be data-driven and cost-conscious, ensuring efficiency and impact across the company.

Responsibilities:
Design and Build Data Pipelines: Architect, build, and maintain our end-to-end data pipeline infrastructure to ensure it is scalable, reliable, and efficient.
Optimize Data Infrastructure: Manage and improve the performance and cost-effectiveness of our data systems, with a specific focus on optimizing pipelines and usage within our Snowflake data warehouse. This includes implementing FinOps best practices to monitor, analyze, and control our data-related cloud costs.
Enable Machine Learning Operations (MLOps): Develop the foundational infrastructure to streamline the deployment, management, and monitoring of our machine learning models.
Support Data Quality: Optimize ETL processes to handle large volumes of data while ensuring data quality and integrity across all our data sources.
Collaborate and Support: Work closely with data analysts and data scientists to support complex analysis, build robust data models, and contribute to the development of data governance policies.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
Data Expertise: Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, including a deep familiarity with Snowflake.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow.
Experience with real-time data streaming technologies like Kafka.
Familiarity with container orchestration using Kubernetes (K8s) and dependency management with Poetry.
Cloud Infrastructure: Proven experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS).
