We are growing and are looking for an IT Manager to join our mission to increase access to life-saving treatments.
The Role:
IT Leadership & Hands-On Execution: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team while actively participating in technical implementations.
System Administration: Manage a mixed Mac & Win environment to ensure security, high performance, and effective user support.
Project Management: Oversee IT projects from conception to completion, including new system deployments, upgrades, and replacements.
Security: Stay informed about network and endpoint security principles. Implement and maintain a Zero Trust security model (ZTNA), endpoint protection, and access controls.
Identity & Access Management: Administer IAM policies, ensuring secure, role-based access to cloud and internal systems. Optimize identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and automated onboarding/offboarding processes.
Help Desk: Oversee and improve help desk operations, ensuring timely resolution of IT support issues in a hybrid/remote work environment.
IT Asset Management: Manage IT asset inventory, software licensing, and endpoint deployment across Mac, Windows, and mobile devices.
Implement IT automation for support workflows, access controls, and patch management.
Be the IT representative in the Viz vendor approval process.

Requirements: 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing IT operations.
Experience supporting IT operations in a startup or fast-paced SaaS environment.
Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to work independently.
Deep understanding of Mac & Windows endpoint management, including MDM solutions (Jamf, Intune, or similar).
Proven experience implementing Zero Trust security models, IAM best practices, and security automation.
Ability to automate IT workflows.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
Self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of driving initiatives without direct supervision.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
