Were looking for a strong HR Manager to join us for a ~9-month maternity leave replacement and play a key role in shaping the employee experience across the organization.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role with real impact, ownership, and day-to-day involvement in all HR aspects.
What will you do?
Provide ongoing support to employees across the full employee lifecycle
Maintain and strengthen company culture and employee experience
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Manage offboarding processes
Lead and execute employee engagement and welfare activities (holidays, happy hours, special events, etc.)
Partner closely with managers and support their day-to-day needs
Lead the company performance review process
Own learning & development initiatives (including Udemy management and budget)
Support global organizational events (e.g., Sales Kickoff, offsites)
Drive internal communications across the organization
Manage HR administration and work with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, etc.)
Additional details:
Scope: 75% position
Location: Ramat Hayal, Tel Aviv
Start date: May 15th (for 9-10 months).
Requirements: 6-10 years of overall HR experience
At least 2 years of hands-on, end-to-end HR ownership (Hi-tech is a plus)
Strong experience supporting employees and managers
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
Experience working with HR systems - such as Comeet / ODOO / Udemy
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
Proactive, hands-on, and execution-oriented.
