Were seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact marketing strategies for Adact. This is a hands-on role ideal for a dynamic marketer who thrives in fast-paced, startup-like environments where agility, creativity, and ownership are key.
Youll work cross-functionally across content, digital, events, and product marketing to bring campaigns to life, champion the Adact brand, and fuel both customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Campaign Development: From ideation to execution, create multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and leads.
Content Creation: Develop and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blogs, case studies, product collateral, videos, and webinars.
Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work closely with regional teams to tailor and execute campaigns for local markets, ensuring consistency and relevance.
Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies using insights and data.
Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, making strategic decisions to maximize ROI.
Agility & Execution: Operate quickly and effectively, balancing multiple projects and tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Requirements: 35 years of hands-on marketing experience in a startup or startup-like environment where you wore multiple hats across marketing functions (events, digital, content, product marketing).
Proven experience owning campaigns end-to-endfrom concept to executionwith clear metrics of success.
Strong ability to make decisions independently and see them through, with demonstrated skill in influencing and gaining buy-in from senior stakeholders.
Native-level fluency in English (written and spoken).
Agile & Collaborative skills: Comfortable working both independently and in close collaboration with a global team.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics.
Experience running gamified marketing strategies or campaigns.
Solid understanding of product messaging and the ability to distill complex features into value-driven stories.
