Were looking for an individual to temporarily join our Marketing Operations team to play a role in supporting our growth process, designing solutions and driving implementation of initiatives. A successful candidate for this role will have a strong ability to work with stakeholders, understand business problems, and translate them into clear solutions.
Responsibilities:
Day to day stakeholder management. Includes: prioritizing email/content traffic, building documentation and providing required training as it relates to the business.
Manage a roadmap and a backlog by working closely with both Marketing and Business Applications stakeholders to ensure commitments are delivered on time and within scope.
Manage delivery of assigned projects, including support of or leading AI initiatives.
Troubleshooting: General management and troubleshooting within SFDC and across the broad tech stack.
processes to ensure proper usage and organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Serve as point of contact for our key tech solutions, SFDC and Marketing Cloud.
Continually monitor and optimize our lead and growth flows as well as data quality. Surface issues and collaborate with key stakeholders on solutions to avoid unintended downstream impacts.
Partner with other Marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns are built and executed within best practice, ensuring we can measure and report out on business outcomes.
Ensure that every relevant marketing activity is consistently and reliably tracked and measured.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years in marketing technology, ideally in a SaaS environment.
Proficiency with Salesforce, SFMC, 6sense, Monday.com, and SQL ideal.
Experience in Marketing Operations or Automation. Experience planning, designing, and translating business processes into system requirements, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
Ability to conceptualize and document business requirements, campaign structures, and data flow between automation platforms & CRM/system integrators.
Experience with and understanding of legal requirements surrounding global consumer data and privacy legislation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which often requires the ability to effectively stakeholder while managing multiple projects and priorities.
Ability to identify and handle issues proactively and decisively with limited direction and oversight while also communicating consistently to executive leadership.
Outstanding analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to articulate technical concepts to a wide range of constituents in a relatable and understandable manner
