we are seeking a highly skilled and execution-focused Certified Electrician / Wireman to join our Automation R&D Lab. The role is critical for the physical construction and wiring of advanced automation systems and prototypes. This includes building custom Control Cabinets, wiring prototype production machines, and ensuring all electrical assemblies are completed with precision, quality, and strict adherence to finalized engineering drawings. The ideal candidate is an expert craftsman capable of independent work under rigorous technical standards.
Requirements: * The role is critical for the physical construction and wiring of advanced automation systems and prototypes. This includes building custom Control Cabinets, wiring prototype production machines, and ensuring all electrical assemblies are completed with precision, quality, and strict adherence to finalized engineering drawings. The ideal candidate is an expert craftsman capable of independent work under rigorous technical standards.
* Proficiency with electrical installation tools - Proficiency with screwdriver, pliers, different crimping tools and soldering iron.
* Specifically, the ability to strip wires/cables and install ferrules. Understanding of conductor cross-sections and the appropriate ferrule sizes. Power and control cables manufacturing.
* Mechanical skills: ability to operate a drill, a cutting disk and an angle grinder, understanding of thread sizes, and the ability to make them, winding a lot of bolts.
* Ability to mount electrical panels/cabinets according to mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams. Accordingly, there is free reading of mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams and connection tables.
* The concept of flexible cable channels (igus) and the corresponding types of cables (FD).
* Excellent physical condition: the ability to lift/carry electrical cabinets weighing up to 25 kg to the installation site; prolonged squatting and the ability to crawl inside the shield of the machine to lay cables will also be required.
* Ability to work in a team: constant communication with PLC programmers to jointly check the functioning of parts of electrical circuits with the software. Ability to use a multimeter to TEST the functionality of electrical circuits.
* Understanding the operation of basic power circuits.
* Understanding of the logic of operation of safety PLC, PNP / NPN digital signals, analog signals.
* Basic computer skills for printing markings for cables, terminals and conductors.
